Founded by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995, Laughter Yoga has spread across the globe, bringing smiles and laughter to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Don't let the name fool you! You don't have to be an experienced yoga practitioner or extra-flexible to enjoy Laughter Yoga.  All you need is the willingness to get in touch with your inner child to experience the power of laughter!
