Sometimes I feel like a radical or a revolutionary, challenging the status quo, creating tension to drive necessary yet uncomfortable conversations, shifting the narrative and refusing to let the dominant paradigm rest easy.
I'm not pushing those boundaries for my own health... I'm doing it for the health of my teams, my organization, and frankly, for the world. We can always do better, and we can drive that culture of excellence in strategic ways. I truly am a Champion Of Change, and that makes me a SuperHero!
